1 Question : Will we become any less corrupt 'if' the Jan Lokpal Bill is passed?
I personally would still prefer giving a pandu 50/100 bucks than make a pavti, surrender my licence, visiting the nearest police station, pay the fine and then get my licence back.
Point? Our system forces us to be corrupt and we're so used to it that life will become much more difficult without it.
